What you get

What we install and repair

Consumer unit upgrades

Replacement of old rewireable and plastic fuse boxes with a modern metal-clad unit fitted with RCBOs or SPD protection, tested and certified on completion.

Boiler installation and repair

Supply and fit of combi and system boilers, plus repairs, power flushing and annual servicing, notified to Building Control.

Fault finding

Tripping circuits, intermittent faults, lost neutrals and earthing problems traced properly with test equipment rather than by swapping parts and hoping.

Emergency call-out

24 hour response for total power loss, burning smells, exposed conductors, water ingress into electrics and unsafe gas appliances.

Remedial work after an EICR

C1 and C2 observations put right and certified, so an unsatisfactory report becomes satisfactory inside the 28 day window.

The regulations

Why use the same firm that inspected

When an inspection turns up a defect, the clock starts. You have 28 days to complete electrical remedial work and obtain written confirmation, and an immediately dangerous gas appliance has to be disconnected on the spot. Chasing a second contractor eats into that window.

Because our engineers wrote the report, they already know what is wrong, where it is and what it will take. That usually means a firm quote the same day and, for smaller items, a fix during the original visit. You are never obliged to use us — the report is yours.

Called at eight in the evening expecting an answerphone and got a real person. Emergency call-out arrived within the hour and the fuse board was replaced the same night. Hard to fault.
