Welcome to E- Power LIne. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of property inventory and handyman services by E- Power LIne to our clients. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
E- Power LIne offers the following core services:

Property Inventory Services: We provide property inventory services to a wide range of clients which includes Private Landlords, Letting Agents. We will provide you with a professional inventory report that includes a description of every item with its conditions and detailed, high-quality photographs.

Handyman & Maintenance Services: We attend to typical jobs across East London and Essex, including repairs and snags, leaks and making good, and decorating.

Electrical Work: As NICEIC registered electricians, we can safely handle small electrical tasks such as replacing sockets, light fittings, switches, and fault finding.
2. Booking and Access

Scheduling: Bookings can be made via our website, email, or by calling us at 07466366042.

Property Access: The client must ensure that our team has safe, unobstructed access to the property at the agreed-upon date and time to carry out the inventory report or requested repairs.

Remote Assessment: If you’re not sure about a job, send photos by WhatsApp and we’ll advise quickly.
3. Pricing and Payment

Inventory Services: Prices for Check In, Check Out, Landlord, and Inventory Only reports vary based on the number of bedrooms and whether the property is furnished or unfurnished.

Handyman Services: Handyman jobs are charged at half hourly rates from £40.00 ex VAT.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service and receipt of the invoice unless a prior account arrangement has been made (e.g., for regular Letting Agents). We accept major credit/debit cards via secure payment processors like Stripe.
4. Quality and Safety Standards

Electrical Safety: All electrical work is carried out to the highest safety standards, giving you peace of mind that your property is in good hands. We are fully equipped and highly skilled to handle these tasks.

Inventory Accuracy: While we strive for complete accuracy in our detailed, high-quality photographs and descriptions, it is the client’s or tenant’s responsibility to review the report upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our engineers’ time and travel.
6. Liability

E- Power LIne is a fully insured company. We take the utmost care when operating within your property.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or faults that arise due to standard wear and tear after our inspection or repair.
