Yes. Booking multiple services for the same property means a single visit and a reduced total. Portfolio landlords and agents get further discounts.
On completion, once the inspection is done. We do not ask for deposits on standard certificate work.
Only things we cannot see when you book — an additional fuse box, more gas appliances than described, or a substantially larger property. We always tell you before any work begins.
No. Standard pricing applies seven days a week for booked appointments. Only emergency call-outs are charged hourly.
